I re-found this spirit stove that has such happy memories of my Dad taking it with us on holidays. I have sent off for some methylated spirit for it and want to attempt to bring it back to life to use in power cuts etc. as it looks like such a simple way of being able to get a cup of coffee going or heat up a pan or something, given the current world state... On top of the bit you put the spirit in, it is embossed with the words "Made in Sweden Caesar" but I can't see anything on this site mentioning this, although I have seen similar designs. Does anyone have any info - is it missing a little wheel thing that should maybe fit onto that sort of stubby bit sticking out of ring? Any advice on how to start it, bearing in mind I haven't faintest idea what I am doing? It is such a beautiful thing
