Because the landscape is still covered with snow, I had to melt snow for drinking and food making yesterday. Manaslu 96 with inner pot from Trangia 27.
Driving along the 72 mile Echo Trail in Northeastern Minnesota a few days ago,,, noon came, we stopped at the first wide spot in the road. We sat there for 30 minutes, and no vehicles passed,,, in fact we saw only 2 cars loaded with canoes along our way. A Trangia 25 was the stove du jour,,, the lunch of hard boiled eggs and tea tested the limits of my culinary skills. Herself being lovely, as always... Waiting for water to boil,,, I’m not very good at it!
Tundra has the same pots as in Trangia 25. Tundra mini has the same pots as in Trangia 27. I have the outer pot with non-stick for food making and the inner pot in bare aluminium for snow melting and heating of water, and this Tundra mini lid to top it. Here is the outer, non-stick pot for dinner two days earlier.

Cooking at home with my Canadian made propane camp stove, model 5424B701. I have it hooked up to a 20lb tank and enjoy cooking outside when it is warm in the condo. This time I am boiling potatoes and my mixed veggie. And on another day using it for potatoes and carrots.
Lunch along North Shore with Herself and G-Granddarling the Faery Princess. Quite windy and very cool close to the big lake. “Cooking” was heating water for tea, but hot tea in that wind and chill, quite hit the proverbial spot...
