I bought a few of these Australian Defence Forces calico bags to pack stuff in.

This is a good sized bag for an Optimus 111.

    Tony,
Seems like a good idea, no condensation with a calico bag. Good purchase. I like the idea of putting stoves in bags, also it helps keep dirt and lint off them, but you can not see them which is a problem.

    Tony,
I believe that is the bag, storage, unexpired rations. Sized to fit the rectangular British/Commonwealth mess tin. As you are no doubt aware the D/|\D stamp is the Australian military property mark. Nice grab. Are these new issue, as in , still in use by the army?
