    G,,day Odd and others .
thanks Odd , I am pleased that I managed to do it.
it did surprise me how such a relatively simple looking pump cup could present a few difficulties

sourcing the small speed / push nut and machining the nickel plated eyelet to give a good seal to the pump rod on its down stroke were the two things that hindered the development of it .
the normal cups are a lot easier to make

but it now works and works well .

contact me or see my ad in members services .

    cheers and happy pumping .

I just ordered some leather cups, from Kerry, for my 111T that has the o-ring pump. It was shipped the same day. WOW!!

    I received my package yesterday.

    Nice pump cup. Well made.
I got 3 and it came with an abundant supply of speed nuts. I am glad for that, as I lost one on the way out to the shop, then I split one putting it on. Of course, it still works, so I am using it. I put another/spare speed nut in the box (It's a 111T).
It's a bit of a tight fit getting the new cup into the tube, but, having done this a few times, in the past, it's easier than it used to be.
The original speed nut is a larger diameter than the ones Kerry supplies. The leather cup will not go into the tube with the original speed nut.
See the photo above in Tony's post. The speed nuts are a different size.
I am pleased with the purchase, and now have the 111T working. And working it is, the silent cap glowing as it should.
I recommend the cup replacement by Kerry for your 111 that has the o-ring cup. What was Optimus thinking?

Another successful install of Kerry460's conversion kit for the 111T o-ring pump.

I requested two cups - they came with a few extra spare parts.

    Clear instructions.

Five minutes to remove the o-ring and replace with the leather cup.

    Hi,

Just thought I would add the pump conversion Kerry sent to me.
As can be seen in the pictures the O-Ring which had just been replaced is already damaged.

    My 111 T runs great.

Kerry, my stove didn't have quite the output I was hoping for, but then I decided to run the tea test again but added a few more pumps of air into the fuel tank/fount and that made all the difference. The stove has a very powerful output on both Coleman types of fuels and Kerosene.
Thanks again for making this conversion for the 111. Your conversion is well thought out and works great.

    Cheers,
    Norman
